Don't Just Wish
Don't just wish upon a star, but desire and dream
Then pray and discern what it may seem.
Ask for those heart desires in Jesus' Name
And see God, the Father want the same.
Yes, the wanting of just a smile
Or a joy that lasts forever and awhile!
Take the moments and all the time you need,
For His love is as powerful as a seed.
So be in His Presence and boldly ask
For His strength and peace for your task.
See those dreams come true,
Not just a wish out of the "blue."
