For Glenn Hughes Contest of Robert James Liguori
Inspired by Glenn Hughes song "Why Don't You Stay"

Inspired by the song "Why Don't You Stay" of Glenn Hughes In twilight meadow you walk alone Scarlet sky touches you in the horizon There I’ll wait for you to come to me My heart in the crimson cloud you’ll see There you won’t be alone, won’t be lonely. On the dry desert dunes you walk thirsty Beyond the mirage an oasis you’ll find in me I’ll wait for you to come to its shore free My heart reflected in the lake you’ll see There you won’t be alone, won’t be lonely. On moonlit blue beach you walk alone Pearls on your feet the waves have thrown There I’ll wait for you to come to me My heart’s rhythm in rolling sea you’ll see There you won’t be alone, won’t be lonely. When love will surge like a stream in you Compose a charming lyric of life new I’ll sing the song for you when you come to me Your heart will float on waves of my melody There you won’t be alone, won’t be lonely. In my heart you’ll find your luring way Don’t go away, don’t ever go away…
