Rain, rain, don't go away
Come back again soon, okay?
I want to stay inside and read all day
Come back again, for a while: stay
Rain, rain, is what my garden needs
After my work making it bereft of weeds
Now it's time to grow the forget-me-not seeds
I hope St. Isidore the Farmer intercedes
