Don'T Give Up

When faith, it seems depleting
And strength cannot be found
You feel like just retreating
Burying your head, far in the ground
The outlook that you once had
Has changed to darkened grey
Enough to make you oh so mad
And chase sunshine away

Fear not, don’t give up quickly
Stand, then, upon your feet
Although you may feel sickly
The illness will retreat
Allowing you to stand there
Withstanding cold and wind
Soon you’ll see what you can bear
And how like the willow, bends
