'don'T Get Victimized, You Are a Warrior'
When a child is born,
First education begins at home,
We already fix the criteria for them,
I wanna ask all why do we do that…?
We, as a society tell a boy not to cry,
We tell girls they need to bake and fry,
We start this discrimination even when they are in womb,
Then we expect the right environment for our blossoms to bloom…
Everything becomes mandatory when it comes to her,
Putting a bindi, bangles or saree to wear,
Men do the heinous crime, but why her picture gets blurred,
Will things be like they were…?
I emphasise to change ourselves & the narrow-minded people around us,
Now its high time, we all need to wake up,
Till when women have to face felonious acts,
Do the culprits ever think what will be the impact…?
Be brave my lady, because you are no less than a man,
You can fight back and do everything what you can,
Don’t be a nightingale, be a kite,
Burn the devils who come towards you to bite…
Don't be a victim & break the barriers to be merrier,
You are courageous enough to be a warrior,
Stay away from the liars who pretend to admire,
Take a stand for yourself, the world is a great crier...
