Don'T Forget About Me

I have went to You, talked with You in prayer,
but do You here me, I need to know that You are there,
This is my prayer, Don't forget about me..
I have went to You with all of my sorrows, I used to feel
I had no hope for tomorrow. But You have changed those feelings...
and I pray, don't forget about me.
I have went to You, crying out aloud,
Can You here my heart, do not shut me out.
I need to know do You still care, are You still there,
and this is my prayer, don't forget about me..
please remember me.
