Don't dwell on things you can't change.
Only worry about what you can change
and do something about.
Think of what you have
Think of things that make you happy
Think of things you wouldn't change
Now breathe.
Don't let your emotions control you.
Keep your head up.
You have strength within.
And no matter what,
Don't hide that smile.
