Dont Do It
"Dont do it!" they said , I really should have guessed
"Dont do it!" they said , it is just another test
Why do opinions of those closest too
Go into one ear and pass right on through
There are 3 types of advice that are given to us from people involved in our lives
One thats well meaning ,One thats informed and one that on gossip it thrives
While most is ingested and mulled over inside
If I chose not to accept it then please don't you chide
Thanks for your kinds words from one and from all
But more importantly just be there in case I should fall !!!
