Don'T Carry :: Denturn Form

Let's start with simple mental game "Don't think about an elephant" What do you think right now? Don't blame. An elephant! it's evident. When one focus on not thinking about something, but in the mind ends up with same topic bringing. Same principle holds true and bind. But then, freeing mind from a negative past experience, by trying to detach from that sensitive feel, but forced to think, failed striving. So engrossed, that one is ending up carrying it's weight along. Choose on what one likes for mending thoughts to progress forward lifelong.
