Don'T Ask Me About My Age

Don’t ask me about my age!
I always feel younger.
If to count by happiness
I still feel a hunger.

Don’t ask me about my age!
At any rate I am older.
If to count the years by losses
I am the best holder.

Don’t ask me about my age!
I can’t tell you exactly.
Sometimes I feel like a girl,
Insist on my wishes stoutly.

Don’t ask me about my age!
I will never feel old.
I would come on any stage,
For hours the audience hold.

Don’t ask me about my age!
I am always young.
My years is my luggage
With the songs I have sung.

Don't ask about my age!
I am still on the stage,
