Done My Best

I think i have had a rough life,    that much i feel is true,
And some-times i am happy,   and at times i feel so blue,
I think about my past,   and try and think about the fun,
Then i start to think about,   my lovely little son,
He was the one that really changed my life,
And  got me away,  from all the trouble,  and the strife,
It makes me so happy when i feel the love,
He was a special parcel sent from up above,
One day soon i quess he will fly the nest,
And all that i know ,i know i did my best
