Doing It His Way
It's amazing sometimes how God works in our lives
We think everything is figured out until....Surprise!
A monkey throws a wrench in the game we try to design
While our lives are being spent living by the line
Sometimes we get thrown off the horse because there's a better way
Only until we stop, listen, and pray
Do we see that God has control over all that we thought was ours?
Does it take a genius to figure out perfection is achieved through his will?
I think not; no, I believe that we are part of a great plan
I'm the part and he is guiding me everyday with his perfect hand
It's only taken 25 years to finally let go, have faith, and trust
Maybe in another 25 years I will be strong enough and not give up
For He has always been there for me, until the day I die
And will enter me in his kingdom, forever we will dine:)
