Doesn'T Fit Their Pedigree

The day is as the day, once was before, dealing with people, whom simply ignore. The actual person, the inside, of the being, not even considering, one's emotional feeling. Them ready, to talk behind, trying to make fun, while one is aware, and can't even really run. Having to stand, or sit, just to bare, to then take, as people, attack you, for your spirit, to then break. Therefore, how strong, is one, to truly, endure, the affliction, from those thinking that their pure. Of those, refusing from, their heart, to then truly see, because someone, doesn't necessarily fit, their pedigree.

Such "pedigrees" are highly overrated, Sean. I had a friend in high school that the "in crowd" boys berated because he was intelligent and sensitive. To this day he remembers the jeers they inflicted on him, but he is not bitter because he was able to rise above it. Wise people learn to ignore those who try to break their spirit. My friend went on to become a very successful scientist whose research is saving endangered plants. Glad he pressed forward. Excellent poem! Love, Carolyn
