Does It Help What We Know?

I open up the cigarette packet
Take one out
Light it up and inhale
Its killing me, i know
I know it is

I open up the new bottle
Pour a glass
Two ice cubes and a gulp
Its killing me, i know
I know it is

I open up the wrap
One small pill
Maybe two for luck
They kill me, i know
I know they do

I open up my heart
I get no further
Its killing me
I know
I know it is

I think of you
Are you killing me
I will never know
