Does He Know What He's Doing?

Does he know what he's doing?
To his very own sister
She can't eat or sleep
She always worries about him
It's almost like he doesn't care

Does he know what he's doing?
Tries to take his own life
Leave the ones that love him
He wants the suffering to stop
They only try to help

Does he know what he's doing?
Ignoring all the help
He says he's alright
But his loved ones still fight
They say this is good for him
But will he ever really change?

Does he really know what he's doing?
