Do You Remember

do you remember
when our children
danced in circles
wings spread
not a clue of future
dint we kill their
originality for
conformity
without a care laughing
water falls
whistling hiccupping
happily
dint we clip their wings
for fear of flying away
wondering not about
death and birth
worrying not about
crime and confessions
wind like free and breezy
dint we destroy their creativity
cause of our insecurity
do you remember
