Do You Judge Me?

When you look at me what do you see?
A child filled with laughter, joy, or beauty?
If you searched my soul what would you find?
Would you judge all my sins or would you be kind?
If you slipped your feet into my shoes
Would you be shocked or would you cheer for good news?
Would you sit there and cry for the things you’ve seen?
Or would you leap for joy and feel ever so free.
When you look in my eyes what do you feel?
Is it something fake or is it genuinely real?
When I look in the mirror I’ll tell you what I see
I see someone standing right behind me.
His name Is Jesus and He’s my best friend
My only protector, me, He will always defend.
He made me beautiful inside and out
His promises to me I will never doubt.
His love is so great that He loves me you see
So please don’t stand there and judge me.
