Do the Minority Understand

Do the minority know? That they are in the majority most of the time, And in the minority for the least amount of time. It follows that the minority will agree with the majority of issues, the majority of the time, And agree with the minority of the issues the least amount of time. It also follows that if the minority wag the dogs tail, The majority of the time, Then democracy is the loser the majority of the time. If however the majority accepts that the minority view, should not be disregarded all of the time, Then democracy will work some of the time. And if the minority accept that the majority view counts for more, The majority of the time, Then Democracy will work most of the time.
