Do Not Read and Operate Heavy Machinery Or Equipment

I feel quiet; most serene-
the rage that swells in me subsides...
Limpid dreams and silent streams
(Eden scenes and sleepy tides)

Tranquil themes, untroubled times-
patient, placid, peaceful Minds.
Unruffled rest, sedated crest;
Reconciled determined Rhymes

fill my brain with calming cleanse;
focused thoughts through laser lens.
Cool, collected directed pens-
From the Heart my poems stem.

Is the title longer than the poem? Both however are excellent, which adds up to a great read. Nice flow, and pleasing to read of the big calm. Well done. Oh my peeing collection have been up for a while, so patiently awaiting your thoughts (plug, plug). Cheers my good man.

I got so much out of this verse. It's really heartwarming. I also love the line, "focused thoughts through laser lens." Man, did this verse just flow... and I loved it! Better shut up no before I write a novel! Always, Laura

"Reconciled determined Rhymes" and "Cool, collected directed pens-".... I understand these lines so well now that I have had the privilege of getting to know you on the site. For sure your poetry comes straight from your hear t and that is evident in all of your work, whether it be blogs, art or your poetry verses. I think you bring out another excellent point--and that is the emphasis on peace.. the solace one can receive from not just writing... but writing from the heart... --
