Do It?

I look out my window and see the glowing lights of my city. I gaze up at the night sky and yes it's quite pretty. I find myself daydreaming about the finer things in life. Then I think what's the point in life? I mean there's this city with its' beautiful lights, but am I going be stuck here for the rest of my life? No, I refuse! As a black male am I stuck to just the "ghetto" life? No, I'm going choose! I walk through the streets of D.c past the cops and they frown. Just 'cause simple-minded children act a fool that's my age with no hope in life cause drama do they see the same in me? I wondr if I wear a business suit will they frown on me? Do money make people not care 'bout my race? Do a business suit change the color of my face?
