DIVINE FLIGHT

DIVINE??FLIGHT

Upon wings of steel, they soared above
Two ladies, hearts filled with love
In prayer & fellowship, their souls entwined
Bound together, their faith defined4

As the plane cut through the sky so blue
Their voices rose, their spirits grew.
In unison, they tranquil in one faith and love,
Peacefully, their solemn words reach up above.8

Their voices joined in prayer's embrace.
Jesus, their refuge, in cloud, in space
In majesty, seated in the clouds so high,
Traveling with them as guardian in the sky,¹²

His presence felt in every breath they took
In every word of prayer & of the holy book.
Their journey, an earthly passage met
But with Jesus by their side, no fear, no regret¹6

Above the world, they found a sacred space,
Two sisters and their Savior's grace.
In the air, amid the clouds they'd roam
In fellowship with Jesus, they felt at home²°

Levitated as they soar above human sight.
In the presence of Christ, their spirits took flight.²²
