Divine Conflect

The demon crawls as he reaches earth
The great battle ground of a legendary myth

God has sent his merciful prophets
With their teachings we live, die and protect

Remembering why, remembering the reason
This battle is made for our freedom

Our greedy souls, they are so hopeless
We kill, torture and are always helpless

Back again to the shadow, the demonic being
He works against us, God's followers seeing

Our obeying soul, that knows what's right
That never looses hope, never stops the fight

For the defeat of the shade, that awful darkness
Shall we stop obeying God, we will become hopeless

No matter how we cry, how we end and die
As our sins rule, with no obvious lie

Because our judgement and fate is all about acts
Intention and action, are combined facts

If you surpass the demon, then surely you pass
You will obtain forgiveness that not everybody has

However, you fail and fall once you lose your soul
Without good deeds then you'll never be whole

Obey God, defeat your demon and complete your tasks
Let go of faking acts, of the worthless masks

In the end, a lesson is learned
Life is not forever and it's not returned

That's how a human acts
Never realizes the facts

That God sees the one who dares
As well as the one who stands and stares

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.
