Distich a Poetic Phrasis

DISTICH-a poetic Phrasis
REMEMBER
the ungodly shall not stand in the judgement,
nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous
SO
who may ascend to the hill of the Lord
or stand in His holy place?
RECALL
He was brusied for our inquities,
wounded for our transgressions
NOW
ask and it will be given you, seek
and you will find
knock and the door will be opened
BUT
do not give what is holy to dogs
nor cast pearls to swine
RATHER
submit to one another
lean upon each other in love
FOR
a merry heart makes medicine even better
whereas a broken spirit dries the bones

Refer to PS 1:5/23 Is 53:5 Mt 7:6/7 Eph 5:21/23

Brian, I like how you tied all these Scriptures together to form your poem. I enjoyed this inspirational write! Love, Kim
