Distant Love

My love, come home,
And rap your arms around me
Hold me close because I am your own

My love come slide into our bed
Curl your body against mine and
Cuddle with me all night long

My love, come home
You have been gone far too long
Days are long and nights are lonely
Without your warm embrace

My love come in, slip into my
Welcoming arms, know you are loved
You are safe when you are with me
We are one with each other and
Only when we are together are we truly at peace
