Distant

Yesterday you were stranger
Today you're my friend
Tomorrow who knows better
You might call it an end.

Bitter sweet memories
We held so dear together
Might you aside buries
In a cold winter leather.

No one asks anymore
How I'm doing?
I might be happy before
Now only past is wooing.

You said we'd part never
Along I've been patient
But if you meant forever
Why I feel this distant.
