I can also see some metaphor in this that would apply to the psyche... with all the different dimensions ... especially because of the last line. I really see the relationship with math now that I read your comment ... either way it is brilliant

Math, in itself, vexes my psyche, so I think that's why I added some metaphysical traits to an otherwise...what's the word I'm looking for here..."clinical" or "concrete" subject. Maybe "academic" is the word for which I'm hunting; hmmmmmmm

To Samuel's comment, "Symmetry Divides my Soul" would be a little tighter. He would probably stumble quite often in my work :) I like his critiques

I think I wrote this during one of my failed attempts at college, when I had to take a math class, and I despise math. My brain does not work in numbers. It's my "middle-finger" to math poem lol
