Disconnected

i am a process.
Mindless actions,
Wireless transactions.
i think. but i have no thought.

i am a machine,
Alone and unmanned,
Awaiting only the breath of Your command.
i understand. but i do not comprehend.

i am a receptacle.
Vacuous and waiting,
my tenacity to mindlessly please, is unabating.
i respond to Your touch, though i do not feel its warmth.

i am a vehicle.
Only to use, only to show,
i do not feel, i do not think, i only know.
i do what You say, i recognise Your words, but i do not know Your voice.

Well done Rebecca, love the progression from process to vehicle.
