Dinosaur Roar

I don't believe the present day depiction of the dinosaur with its very intimidating, very loud roar, because dinosaurs were reptiles, and I know this much for sure. There are over 8,950 present day species of reptiles, and a soft hiss is the loudest any of them roar, except perhaps for the amphibians, aquatic reptiles who are vocal very often regarding territory claims or when seeking partners for mating, but they are hardly roaring. It sounds more like they're singing.
