Dillusional

I am oh so confused
It keeps me amused

I don't know what to do
But I know of who I'd like to pursue

I don't know what to say
I am scared of the price I will pay

I don't know what to think
I am starting to sink

I am stuck in a whole I have dug
It grows deeper every time you give me a hug

Every time you smile
I get lost and am speechless for awhile

Every time we talk
I get excited and in my mind I walk

Walk to a place where I can imagine us
Where we can be happy together and never fuss

I want greater things between you and me
But I am scared you will get mad when you see

That you make me so happy and excited
You are all I want and have sighted

But I will leave it be
And stay you and me

Never a we
I'll leave it be
