Different Point of View

I’m trying, tirelessly and true. No crying, a broken and sad view. Though there’s time, it remains to be seen. An endless crime, of what has been. The phone calls out, singing a forgone tune. An endless bout, you’ll forget soon. This isn’t goodbye, this isn’t a time to move on. I will not die, though a part of me is gone. The phone shakes awake, writings not seen in so long. How long will it take, to remember a beautiful song. Throughout it all, the ups and the downs, Through all we saw, love knew no bounds. Mistakes were made, not only a few. The darkness does bade, a life without you. Though I’m left alone, only memories to name. The progress has shown, a journey not the same. I live alone swallowed in hope, a destruction so dear, I’m trying to cope, but alas my fear. An ever ending cycle of thought, an endless charade of prosperity. There’s too many times I’ve fought, against what determines me. A change of what’s coming, betterment for a hopeful lasting. Fireworks are still humming, enlightenment ever grasping. I’ll miss the sound of your voice, I’ll miss the sight of your smile. Not an ideal choice, though not taken in vile. Just remember I love you, just remember I’m never that far away. I’ll take a picture of my view, because I know her feeling won’t stay.
