Different In Many Ways

I am unique and so are you, different in many ways,
Your hair my feet, your toes my voice
The way you speak my taste your choice.

God made you and I the way we are
And loves us just the same,
Our frailty, disappointment, and fear
In our darkest hour of need, he’s always near.

There are things I can do and you haven’t a clue
If you try would be strange and out of place to you,
It’s finding fulfilment in the little things,
You are ordained, to do and the joy it brings.

Don’t try to be someone else in appearance, or character,
Be all God made you to be despite you may not have the x factor,
How boring the world a place would be if you and I are just the same.

Please note there are a few lines in the above poem that may sound a bit offensive, please do not take it personal, it was not meant to offend anyone. This is just a part of life, we are all different, and we like different things and so on. This does not mean we are goofy, and off the wall. We are just different, and it's a good thing, variety is the spice of life.
