Sitting by the beach
Thoughts passed by
Seeing the sun set
Thought how beautiful nature is
The cool breeze n the sound of waves
Touched me
As if protecting me from the dark
Fake world
After the calmness came the voice
Of my mates
Calling out my name
To join them in their fun n frolic
To make n break the castles of sand
And welcome the stars above
Then came the world crashing down on me
Wth life happening all around
Wth the humdrum of cars
And the clank clank of the machines
Bringing me back t o the rude reality
From a peaceful slumber
