Did He Really Love Me
why does my heart have to break,
remembering when you would love me.
But just like a cloud, your love has faded away.
why does my soul cry out for a love that was never there.
Maybe just a memory, did you really love me from the heart
or was I asleep dreaming.
Will there ever be a chance for you and I to fall in love with
one another once again...
who knows the matters of the heart,
you can try and try, but maybe love isn't there,
maybe our love has grown apart.
