oh dear Sara so sorry to see you aren't well but the poem is absolutely hilarious especially the run run do the foxtrot ... now what is really bad is if you have diarrhea and sickness at the same time and you don't know whether to squat on the loo or kneel by it:-( hugs jan xx

Jan, Thanks for the sympathy..It will be really bad around here if my husband gets it..LOL..I have had the diarrhea and vomitting at the same time and the trash can comes in handy on that one..I hope I don't ever have that one again..This one has a kind of cold that starts in at about the third or fourth day ..Something new going around..Sara
