Diaphonous
Not in leaves or turquoise shells
Endure the rustic charm,
That dons its tanned hours
With wing-light's fire-- its lilt
And diaphonous sway
Shows a glorious bending of waves
A drift of lagoon In summer or fall
Gives not or takes away
The vibrant trail of endless stream
Like a season flowing without blame.
