Diamonds Shine In the Sun

( DIAMONDS SHINE IN THE SUN )

He gave to me a beautiful ring,
to place on my hand eternally.
Our sweet romancing is still an ember,
and kisses tender I will remember.
Diamonds shine on this ring I wear,
oh wonderful love beyond compare.

Antique jewellery of purest gold,
he gave to me with gladness untold.
No other soulmate had I - not one,
But he will love me forever and ever.
and in my heart it's always spring,
Because I still wear his wedding ring.
