Diamonds In the Sky
Like diamonds in the sky, they shine so bright.
Eliminating darkness and spreading light.
Creating an atmosphere of peace that wants you to stop and stare.
Millions of these beauties scattered everywhere.
Yet I still find them fascinating each and every night.
Another part of His creations, another beautiful sight.
I lay on my bed watching them, intrigued by every one.
Almost like a gift presented to us from the day’s battle we won.
When you are sad, just look up at the twinkling stars.
They’re our most priceless and precious gifts from above, kept safely afar
