Diamond In the Rough

I may break,
I may bend,
I may not be
The greatest friend.

I say mean things,
Sometimes I'm rude.
Don't always have
The best attitude.

A stubborn streak
That holds on tight.
To break it,
Is a constant fight.

I make mistakes,
But life is tough.
After all,
I'm still a Diamond in the rough.
