Devil's, Demon's and Addiction
Many of us wonder if the Devil does truly exist?
Lurking in the dark night or hiding out in the mist?
Well, I believe he does and breaking us is one of his goals.
So he releases his demons and they attach to our souls.
They whisper dark thoughts into our ears.
They push and they pull us right into our fears.
They coax us far past where we would usually draw the line.
They cloud our judgment telling us everything's fine.
They taunt us with temptation, lust and illusion.
Some say they're not real that they'rejust a twisted delusion.
But they are quite real, please don't think that they're fiction.
And they come armed with many forms of addiction.
Addiction is one of the Devil's greatest creations to date.
Infect with this and we'll seal our own fate.
He will wear down our soul's with this nasty infection.
Until we become just another lost soul for his demented collection.
So if you still wonder about the Devil and demons and if their existence is true.
Just ask any addict if they exist and they'll tell you they do.
