Devil Caught
Devil Caught
For every day I must live.
Breathing air in this crazy fringe.
Water I must have to drink.
To keep liquids flowing through my streams.
Food I need to eat.
Protein must have for massive strengths.
Clothing for needed wear.
Comes from Mother Earth the plants she spared.
Taught by others, I have learned right from wrong.
Depends on the teacher, on how this mind will be taught.
Sometimes this is not all true.
The Monster will grab your pupil, then turn evil upon you.
Outside world where the shelter life ends.
All grown up, trapped in the devils grin.
We can teach - then they can be taught.
Lets pray that they will not be - devil caught.
