Development
1/31/16
Too much of the land and surroundings still in development
And many people only concerned with money, not the welfare of elephants
Among all these elements
It is quite evident
That being intelligent, yet hesitant
Has little to no benefit
The lakes and creeks filling with sediments
Far away and nearby many settlements
For periods of time that could possibly be indefinite
Despite the importance and emphasis
Across many premises
Certain areas now desolate
Because of some being far too negligent
Hundreds of cakes, pastries and desserts were decadent
Some of the layers were delicate
Yet just as excellent
When I finally saw her she looked beyond elegant
Each word spoken was eloquent
And she had such beautiful etiquette
Which is why towards her I was always affectionate
