Development

1/31/16 Too much of the land and surroundings still in development And many people only concerned with money, not the welfare of elephants Among all these elements It is quite evident That being intelligent, yet hesitant Has little to no benefit The lakes and creeks filling with sediments Far away and nearby many settlements For periods of time that could possibly be indefinite Despite the importance and emphasis Across many premises Certain areas now desolate Because of some being far too negligent Hundreds of cakes, pastries and desserts were decadent Some of the layers were delicate Yet just as excellent When I finally saw her she looked beyond elegant Each word spoken was eloquent And she had such beautiful etiquette Which is why towards her I was always affectionate By: Dalton Ogletree
