Devastating

I guess I'll wait, It's all I'll ever do
Leaning on the wind one night
I swear I thought I saw you

But I didn't, It was just another star
Riding on the clouds alone -
Wondering who they are

But I missed you, Couldn't you tell?
Lying awake withe movies on mute
All alone in hell

Devastating...Goodbye

So I'll wait, I've gotten very good at it
It's all I'll ever do
Sit and wait, And watch the paint
Until I hear the news

That you've changed, or at least the world has...
That you've paid what you owe from the past...
So i'll wait...It's all I'll ever have

Devastating...Goodbye
