Desolate But Hopeful

Have you ever been in your room
yet loneliness creeps in
it's as if your heart goes boom
where your chest has been

There are people here with me
but that doesn't seem to matter
its emptiness feels no glee
it still proceeds pidder padder

I hope this doesn't find
anyone feeling this way
when your heart begins to bind
it's your soul that will pay

I look on the brighter horizons
by the light of Luna
while the sky fills with diamonds
I'll be restored by Gula

You are not the only one to feel like that, Angela. We all have our sad or lonely moments! The good thing is that they don't last! ~ Regards // paul

I think loneliness can creep in anywhere, even some people who have so many friends and people around them.. You have a great spirit and that is great.

Meditative pause is always a good thing--and a good time to seek solace from nature--well written, Angela.
