Depths of My Heart
I don't want to be misunderstood
But there's some things on my mind
I don't know if it's bad or good
But it's the love feeling kind
Let me finish what I need to say
I hope to God you won't stray
You can choose to stay or walk away
But remember that one day
You have touched the depths of my heart
A place no one has traveled before
Wait, before you start
I have a little more
You took away all of my pain
I smiled at yet another day
You helped keep me sane
You showed me the lit up way
You found love in me
But if you want to dart
I hope that you can see
This comes from the depths of my heart
