Depression Took Over

Not knowing which way to turn
Asking for help it's not something you learn
Confused and muddled your state of mind
Which road to take you can not find
A crossroads is where you've found you are
No matter which way it's all too far
Not knowing now what to do
Asking for help you don't know who
So confused you just can't think
Drowning now you start to sink
Stuck in a hole with no way out
No hope all you have is doubt
Pulling you farther sucking you in
Letting depression gain and win

Beautiful. It takes courage to look depression in the eye. But this is exactly what helps to become the master over it. We often underestimate the strength within us.

Yes it is hard to fight depression. I think we all go through this fight in part of our lives. Ply music that is uplifting that what gets me back on track. Have a nice day my friend.

Never let it win, it's never meant to be permanent.

I can relate to this so much. I love the poem because how easily relatable it is.
