Depression a Situation Or Your Genes
What causes depression?
A situation or your genes?
An overwhelming situation
that grows beyond your means,
enveloping your psyche,
making nightmares of your dreams,
crying HELP! whilst fighting,
received but not believed,
your struggle seems unlikely,
so no one looks to see
your life changing catastrophe,
imprisoned in unfairly,
bound to crush you mentally,
the HELP cry is your lifeline,
a wolf is all you see,
reality is changing,
your world on its last knees,
alone you scrap to save it,
and hope that somebody,
cares enough to gaze around
and take you seriously,
you only need one person,
to make this victory,
ignored in stunned amazement,
as the battle ends in loss,
of your world, and,
your faith in humanity
