Depression

When you feel so alone
And there’s nobody there
There’s no-one to love you
And no-one to care

Dark thoughts surround you
They’re inside your head
You don’t want to be here
You wish you were dead

But don’t give up hope
Despite your despair
Just pick up the phone
There is help out there

There’s people to talk to
Help allay your fears
They’ll discuss the issues
That brings you to tears

So don’t give up life
Because it’s a gift
You just need someone
To give you a lift
