Depressed

Depressive thoughts are all consuming
The blackness of my heart is blooming
Sadness seeps through every pore
The daily tasks a grinding chore

Damning thoughts invade my conscience
Making truths of utter nonsense

Run away and keep on running
The thoughts inside my head are thrumming
But here I'll stay and here I'll die
Before you ever see me cry
