Departing

Departing:

You said you loved me.
I fell for you lie.
I truly thought I loved you.
You made it a joke.
I want it real for me.
I need it true
why did you lie to me,
when life was so cruel?
You need to know
I don't need you
thinking I was not everything I needed
wishing I had that
wanting to be what not
I now understand, I don't need you.

This is so sad! I believe you're a young girl, Marissa. If you don't mind listening to an old lady... let it go. 'This too shall pass'. God loves you more than you know. There will always be liars so don't let it surprise you. It's good that you found out now and not 2 or 5 years down the road! Peace and love, Audrey
