Dense Hardwood Sound

Grill your lettuce a quick sear. 3 halved romaine lettuce heads.3 Cups of cherry tomatoes
2 cups of grilled squash and grilled zucchini and 2 cups of grilled mushrooms
the platters will be four sided
pork...beef...seafood.. and turkey and chicken. salad in the center

Pork Pot stickers with honey -teriyaki sauce.

Beef Meat Balls

fried Shrimp and crab balls

deep fried Cajiun and Parmesean cheese
with flour and Panko Seasonings
turkey cutlets and chicken breast.

1/4 cup of chopped swiss
1 cup of chopped drained spinach
1/4 dehydrated onion
3 T Cognac
4 T chopped garlic
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
5 T of crumbled Feta
1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg
1 t cayenne pepper
 2 T of chopped Hogshead cheese
1 t of lime
2 T of cilantro
2 grated boiled egg yolks

2 T McCormicks seasoning
2 pounds of ground beef
roll thin between parchment
either line muffin pan with ground beef
 add filling and a top and bake or make
 meatballs filled with spinach filling.
Cook and set aside
